Return Policy

At COCO LENI, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your stock frames, we offer an exchange policy to ensure you find the perfect pair.

1. Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds on stock frames. However, you can exchange your purchase for another frame of equal or lesser value within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the frames must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

4. Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email, whatsapp or phone. Provide your order number and the details of the frame you wish to exchange.

5. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original frames. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. COCO LENI is not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Inspection: Once we receive your returned frames, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange criteria. If approved, we will process your exchange and send out your new frames within 5-7 business days.

7. Exclusions: Custom-made and prescription lenses are not eligible for exchange. This policy applies only to stock frames.
